Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion and solely in accordance with the following terms:
Requests submitted after the 48-hour window or by users who have consumed more than 10% of their allocated usage will not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund request, you can contact our support team via email or by logging into the subscription page within the app. Please include your order details and the reason for your refund request.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Please note that cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund depending on the terms outlined in Section 1.
